Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all clients attending Studio Tally Reformer Pilates classes, purchasing memberships, class packs, products or using any services provided by Studio Tally Ltd.
By creating an account, booking a class, purchasing a membership or attending a Studio Tally class, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Studio Tally
Studio Tally Ltd is a boutique Reformer Pilates studio based at:

Studio Tally provides small group Reformer Pilates classes with a maximum of 8 clients per session.
2. Creating an Account & Booking Classes
All classes must be booked in advance through our booking system, TeamUp.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all personal information provided is accurate and up to date.
Before attending their first class, clients must complete all required forms, including:

Health Declaration / PAR-Q questionnaire
-
Client Waiver
-
Any other required Studio Tally policies or agreements
Studio Tally reserves the right to refuse participation if required forms have not been completed.
3. Payments
Payments for classes, memberships, class packs and products must be made at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Payments are processed securely through TeamUp using Stripe. Studio Tally does not store your full payment card details.
All prices are displayed in GBP (£).
Studio Tally reserves the right to change prices. Any price changes will be communicated before taking effect.
4. Memberships
Memberships provide access to Reformer Pilates classes according to the membership purchased.
Membership classes:

must be booked in advance
-
are subject to availability
-
cannot be exchanged for cash
-
cannot be transferred to another person
Unused classes expire at the end of the relevant membership period and do not roll over unless otherwise stated.
5. Founder Membership
Founder Membership is a limited launch offer available at an introductory rate of:
£128 every 4 weeks
Founder Membership includes:
-
8 Reformer Pilates classes every 4 weeks
-
Flexible booking of classes within the billing period
-
Small group classes with a maximum of 8 clients
Founder Membership requires a minimum commitment of 3 billing cycles.
After the initial minimum commitment, memberships continue on a rolling basis.
Members may cancel by providing 30 days’ notice.
Founder Membership credits expire at the end of each 4-week billing period and unused classes cannot be carried forward.
The Founder Membership rate applies while the membership remains active and payments remain up to date.
If a Founder Membership is cancelled, terminated or lapses, the founder rate may no longer be available.
Studio Tally reserves the right to review pricing in the future and will provide reasonable notice of any changes.
6. Class Packs
Class packs are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase.
Classes must be used before the expiry date.
Unused classes cannot be refunded, exchanged, transferred or extended unless agreed by Studio Tally.
7. Cancellations & Late Cancellations
Due to our limited class capacity, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class start time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class start time will be treated as a late cancellation.
Late cancellations and missed classes:

will not be refunded
-
will not be credited
-
cannot be transferred
For membership clients, the class credit will be deducted.
For class pack clients, the class will be deducted from the remaining credits.
8. Waitlist Policy
If a class is fully booked, clients may join the waitlist through TeamUp.
If a space becomes available, clients on the waitlist may be automatically added to the class.
Clients are responsible for removing themselves from the waitlist if they no longer wish to attend.
If you remain on the waitlist and are automatically added to the class, the standard cancellation policy applies.
Failure to attend a class after being moved from the waitlist will be treated as a missed class and will not be refunded, credited or transferred.
9. Late Arrival Policy
Clients must arrive before the scheduled class start time.
For safety reasons, clients arriving 3 minutes or more after the class start time will not be permitted to participate.
This allows all clients to complete the required warm-up, equipment setup and safety instructions before beginning the class.
Late arrivals may increase the risk of injury and can disrupt the experience of other clients.
If you arrive after the permitted arrival time, your class will be treated as a missed class and will not be refunded, credited or transferred.
10. Grip Socks Policy
Grip socks must be worn during all Reformer Pilates classes.
This is required for safety, hygiene and appropriate use of the Reformer equipment.
Clients arriving without suitable grip socks will not be permitted to participate.
If available, Studio Tally grip socks may be purchased from the studio.
Failure to attend due to not having appropriate grip socks will be treated as a missed class and will not be refunded, credited or transferred.
11. Health & Safety
Reformer Pilates is a form of physical exercise and carries a risk of injury.
Clients must complete the required health questionnaire before attending their first class.
Clients are responsible for informing Studio Tally of:

injuries
-
medical conditions
-
pregnancy or postnatal considerations
-
recent surgery
-
changes to health
-
any other factors that may affect safe participation
Studio Tally instructors are not medical professionals and classes do not replace medical advice.
Clients should seek appropriate medical advice if they are unsure whether Reformer Pilates is suitable for them.
12. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Follow instructor guidance and safety instructions
-
Use equipment correctly and responsibly
-
Inform the instructor of any pain, discomfort or concerns during class
-
Work within their own abilities
-
Respect instructors, staff and other clients
-
Wear appropriate clothing and required grip socks
Studio Tally reserves the right to refuse participation or remove a client where behaviour affects safety, comfort or the experience of others.
13. Reformer Equipment
Clients must use Reformer equipment only as instructed.
Clients must not adjust or use equipment in a way that may create a safety risk.
Any damage caused through deliberate misuse or failure to follow instructions may result in liability for repair costs.
14. Personal Belongings
Clients are responsible for their own belongings while attending Studio Tally.
Studio Tally accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged personal items.
15. Photography & Marketing
Studio Tally may occasionally take photographs or videos within the studio for marketing purposes.
Clients will only be included in identifiable photography or filming where appropriate consent has been provided.
16. Refunds
All purchases including memberships, class packs, individual classes and merchandise are non-refundable unless required by law.
If Studio Tally needs to cancel a class, reasonable efforts will be made to offer an alternative class, credit or appropriate solution.
17. Privacy
Studio Tally processes personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
This includes personal information and health information collected through bookings, forms and questionnaires.
Our Privacy Policy is available on our website.
18. Changes to These Terms
Studio Tally reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The latest version will always be available on our website.
