STUDIO TALLY – GIFT CARD & MERCHANDISE TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms apply to the purchase and use of Studio Tally gift cards, merchandise and pre-order products through Studio Tally Ltd.

By purchasing a gift card or merchandise from Studio Tally, you agree to the applicable terms below.

1. GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Studio Tally gift cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and must be redeemed before their expiry date.

• Gift cards can be used towards Reformer Pilates classes, class packs, memberships and Studio Tally merchandise.

• Once redeemed, the usual terms, conditions and validity periods of the product purchased will apply. Redeeming a gift card does not extend the validity of a class, class pack or membership.

• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase another gift card.

• If your purchase exceeds the value of your gift card, the remaining balance can be paid using another accepted payment method.

• Any remaining balance must be used before the gift card's expiry date. Unused balances cannot be extended or refunded.

• Studio Tally is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards or unauthorised use where the loss or misuse is not caused by Studio Tally.

• Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

2. STUDIO TALLY GRIP SOCKS

• Studio Tally grip socks purchased online are available for collection from Studio Tally only. We do not currently offer postage or delivery for grip socks.

• Please check your socks when collecting them and contact us as soon as possible if you believe you have received an incorrect or faulty item.

• For online purchases, customers have statutory cancellation rights under UK consumer law. You may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your socks, without giving a reason.

• If you wish to cancel, you must notify us within the 14-day cancellation period. You will then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

• For change-of-mind returns, socks should be unworn, unused and in their original condition. You may handle the goods as reasonably necessary to inspect them. If they have been handled beyond what is necessary and their value has been reduced, a lawful deduction may apply.

• Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning unwanted items where this has been made clear before purchase.

• This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

• Any approved refund will normally be made using the original payment method.

• Studio Tally does not offer additional voluntary returns or exchanges beyond your statutory rights.

3. STUDIO TALLY HOODIE – PRE-ORDER TERMS & CONDITIONS

3.1 About the pre-order

The Studio Tally hoodie is being released as a limited first collection of 50 units.

As this is a pre-order, customers are purchasing their hoodie before the full production order has been completed and delivered to Studio Tally.

Your order reserves one hoodie in your selected size. Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

3.2 Product details

The Studio Tally hoodie features:

• 420GSM heavyweight fabric

• 100% organic cotton

• Chocolate brown colour

• Cream embroidered Studio Tally branding

• Oversized, relaxed unisex fit

• Available in sizes XS, S, M, L and XL

• Discreet side-seam pockets in the final production version.

The product photographs show the sample version. Please note that the sample pictured does not include the side-seam pockets, which will be included in the final production version.

Please consider the oversized fit carefully when selecting your size.

3.3 Pricing and payment

The standard retail price is £59.99.

Current Studio Tally members are eligible for the exclusive member price of £54.99.

The applicable price will be displayed at checkout.

Full payment is required when placing a pre-order. Your order will be confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

All prices are displayed in GBP and include any applicable taxes.

3.4 Estimated delivery

The hoodies are being manufactured specifically for this first release.

Our current estimated delivery timeframe is late December 2026 to January 2027.

This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date, as production and international shipping can be subject to delays.

We will keep customers informed of any significant changes to the expected delivery timeframe.

If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and arrange a full refund.

If delivery is significantly delayed beyond the agreed timeframe, you will retain your applicable legal rights, including the right to cancel where the law allows.

3.5 Collection

All hoodie orders are for collection from Studio Tally.

Customers will be notified by email or using the contact details provided at checkout when their hoodie is ready for collection.

Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before visiting the studio.

3.6 Cancellations and your right to change your mind

For online purchases, customers generally have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their goods, without needing to give a reason.

If you wish to cancel under this right, you must notify us within the applicable cancellation period. You will then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

If you cancel under your statutory cancellation rights, we will refund the payments due in accordance with the law.

Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning unwanted goods where this has been made clear before purchase. This does not apply where goods are faulty or incorrect.

You may handle the hoodie as you reasonably would in a shop to inspect its nature, characteristics and fit. If it has been handled beyond what is necessary and its value has been reduced, a lawful deduction may apply.

If you wish to cancel before your hoodie has been made available for collection, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory cancellation rights.

3.7 Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your hoodie for another size, please contact us.

We may be able to accommodate exchanges depending on the availability of remaining stock. Exchanges are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

3.8 Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

We want you to be completely happy with your Studio Tally hoodie.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or does not match its description, please contact us so that we can put things right.

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.

Nothing in these terms affects or excludes your statutory rights. Studio Tally will cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrect goods.

4. GENERAL TERMS

• Gift cards and merchandise purchases are subject to the applicable Studio Tally terms and conditions and policies.

• Studio Tally reserves the right to update these terms where necessary. Any changes will not affect rights already established under an existing purchase.

• Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
